The Annual General Meeting (AGM) for The Hungerford Club will be held on Thursday, 24th November 2022 at 7pm in The Snooker Room, The Hungerford Club
The confirmed agenda, nomination papers, accounts and the minutes of last year’s AGM were emailed to members on 29th October 2022.
Any full member who wishes to move a resolution at the AGM. should give notice to the Secretary, in writing, 28 days before the date of the AGM. The agreed wording of the notice will be posted on the noticeboard with 7 days.
Any member who wishes to apply for an amendment to any resolution posted shall do so within 14 days of the notice being displayed.
