Members who are resident within the Hungerford parish will have received a polling card for the Hungerford Neighbourhood Plan referendum within the past week.
From conversations in the clubhouse it is clear that many members do not know how to access the neighbourhood plan.
As a public service we are posting a link to the West Berkshire website. Members may then access the various documents and the referendum draft of the Hungerford Neighbourhood Plan.
