Everybody is welcome to join the Hungerford Club. You don’t have to live in Hungerford to join!
All members join one of three sections.
Subscriptions run from 1st April 2023 to 31st March 2024. However if you join, or renew, after 1st January and before 31st March your membership will not expire until the end of the following March giving you over a years membership.
Each section has different subscription rates.

When sending out the most recent newsletter and the papers for the forthcoming A.G.M. we have noticed a number of emails returned as “address unknown”.
We ask members to provide their email address at the time they apply for membership. Using email as a means of communicating is a significant saving for the club compared to postage.
Occasionally the email address provided is not legible and on other occasions members change their email address.
If you have not received any emails from the club recently then please use the comments page (linked from the home page) to give us your correct email address.

The committee of The Hungerford Club announces that the Annual General Meeting of the committee and members will take place on Thursday, 24th November 2022 starting at 7pm.
All members are invited to attend the AGM which will be held in The Snooker Room, The Hungerford Club, 3 The Croft, Hungerford, RG17 0HY.
Nominations are open for officers of the committee. Completed nomination papers should be handed into the Hungerford Club, 3 The Croft, Hungerford.
Closing date and time for all nominations is Saturday 19th November 2022 at 12 midday.

It is, with sadness, that The Hungerford Club marks the death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II on 8th September 2022.
As a mark of respect for our late Queen the Hungerford Club and all grounds will be closed on Monday 19th September 2022. There will be no tennis or bowls played. All coaching will be cancelled.
Hungerford Town Council have opened a Book of Condolence. It is open from 9.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday and will remain open in the foyer of the Town Hall/Corn Exchange until 6pm on the day following the funeral. Floral tributes may be left on the balcony of the Town Hall steps.
